An article posted in the June 9th web version of Bovine Veterinarian discussed the 47th annual American Association of Bovine Practitioners (AABP) Conference. The event will take place September 18-20 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with the theme being, “Reconnect. Retool. Reclaim.” The theme is “intended to encourage attendees to renew relationships with other like-minded cattle veterinarians (reconnect), expand their professional skill set (retool), and improve their business opportunities (reclaim),” says AABP President-Elect and Program Chairman Dr. John Davidson. Including student sessions, the wide range of session topics tailors the many facets of this far-reaching profession. The AABP conference not only offers continuing education (CE), but also entertainment, over 100 exhibitors in the tradeshow, and much more. Pre-registration is going on now and ends August 19.
