Free Customer Training Sessions Beginning September

The GVL customer success team will now be offering free live training sessions every Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. (CT), beginning on September 4, 2019.

“The goal of these training sessions is to help newer or less frequent users better navigate the GVL platform, and really improve their knowledge of the system,” says Customer Success Manager Sade Williams. “Sometimes people aren’t using the GVL platform very often and need a little assistance remembering how it works, other times a clinic hires new staff that need some additional training.”

The training sessions will be presented in a live webinar, and are open to any users who want to join. We encourage any GVL users who want to brush up on their knowledge to register for a training session. At registration, you can specify the topics you would like to learn more about, so each session is tailored to the needs of attendees.

“With frequent updates to the GVL software platform, and occasional changes in functionality, we want to make sure our customers are up to speed and have the resources they need,” Sadie added. “We really want these trainings to show an overall view of the GVL system, while also being very interactive and tailored to the needs of attendees.”

Attendees will be able to ask questions through chat during the webinar, and they will be addressed at the end. If any questions or concerns need more in-depth research, the customer success team will follow up as needed. In addition, these training sessions will be recorded and available to watch online later.
