GVL Employee Spotlight: Shelly Hill

As part of the GVL blog, we’re featuring our employees so you can get an inside view into what keeps GVL running. We are very proud of our team and excited to share some of our employee profiles with you.

Today we’re featuring GVL Client Onboarding Specialist Shelly Hill.

Shelly began her career with GVL eight years ago as a member of the customer success team. With her deep understanding of GVL customer needs and knowledge of the system, Shelly is now a client onboarding specialist. In this role, she works with users to help them get from that very first moment of signup to the moment of first success with the GVL platform.

Get to know Shelly better:

“While I did not grow up on a farm or study animal science, I have always had a strong passion for helping others. I have been with GVL for nearly eight years and have been able to pick up the industry knowledge quickly.

A majority of my day is spent getting to know our new customers and teaching them how to use GVL. There is nothing more gratifying than training a customer and checking back with them to hear that they love the system and have really hit the ground running with it.

Working at GVL has been nothing short of rewarding and fun and I am grateful everyday for the relationships that I have developed with my coworkers and most importantly the customers.

My greatest blessings are my two daughters, husband and of course my two pups! The little free time that I do get is usually spent at the gym, or watching my kids play sports and working on their 4H projects for the county fair.”
