Our response to COVID-19 (coronavirus)

by Rebecca Haugland | March 17, 2020

We value the safety of our employees, customers and the communities where we operate.

As we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are taking all necessary precautions in continuing our work.

We want to share with you the steps we are taking to help minimize the impact of COVID-19.

We are well equipped to support employees working from home to limit social contact, and have encouraged our staff to do so as long as necessary.

We are heeding the advice of the CDC and other trusted, reputable sources of information. We urge every member of our community to do so, as well.

The GVL customer success team will continue to assist our customers over the phone and online. At this time, our support hours will remain every day from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (CST). Call 515-817-5704 or email gvlsupport@globalvetlink.com. Or, visit our help center: http://help.globalvetlink.com/en/.

How GVL helps you run your business while limiting social contact

The GVL platform runs from any device.

Create, sign and share animal health records from anywhere with the internet.

When the internet is unavailable, use the GVL HorseSync app to collect horse photos and information, then sync to your account when back online.

Grant your clients access to a MyVetLink account, where they can access their animal health records online 24/7.

Continue learning and earn continuing education (CE) credit for free with GVL’s webinars.

Provide equine clients with an Extended Equine CVI, which allows up to six months of compliant travel and movement. If your state does not currently participate, ask your state animal health official to join the EECVI program.

Please know that we are thinking about the well-being of everyone in this community. Do let us know if there are any other ways we can help you get through this stressful time.

We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve you.

Thank You,

The GVL Team
