The Process is Simple
- Log in to your GlobalVetLink account
- Click the Create button located in the upper right-hand corner of the home screen, then select Rabies certificate from the dropdown menu
- Enter the owner, horse, and rabies vaccination information
- Click the Sign button to apply your digital signature
