Welcome to an inside view from our customer success team, where we highlight our monthly activity, seasonal trends, helpful hints, and recent GVL news.

A new year brings new adventures for GVL. We now provide customer support for AgMove CVI (previously known as AgView CVI). Our support team has been busy learning the ropes of this system.

Last month our team had over 2,500 cases. We expect that number to grow quite a bit this month as we tackle this new system, in addition to our normal GVL support duties. No matter what the program, our team is quick to help.

Here’s a glimpse of how responsive our team is:

  • 92.40% of calls were answered in 30 seconds or less.
  • Average time to first chat response was 25 seconds.

Common questions we’re hearing

Q: “Will anything drastic be changing for AgMove CVI now that GVL is taking over?”

A: GVL will be taking over billing starting in February. AgMove’s functionality and login information will remain the same. We also have extended support hours for your convenience. Our support team is available every day, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (CT).

Q: “I need to settle my 2020 invoice with AgView. How can I do that?”

A: Any AgView CVI usage from October, November and December 2020 will be billed on or before January 15, 2021 by Texas A&M Research. You can reach them at (979) 458-2375.
