Our customer success team has wrapped up another steady month here at GVL! Now that July has come to a close, our team is preparing for a great month in August. August is always a highlight to us here at GVL as it means it is time for the famous Iowa State Fair!
Not only is this a major event in Iowa, many states around the country are gearing up for their own state fairs. With an increase in exhibitions like the state fairs, Certificates of Veterinary Inspection (CVIs) are in high demand. The GVL team is ready to answer any questions you may have when creating these documents for your clients!
Common questions we’re hearing
Q: “Can you have multiple species on one Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI)?”
A: GVL certificates are limited to only one species per CVI. However you can include multiple animals of the same species type on one certificate.
Q: “Can I add an attachment to a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI)? If so, how?”
A: Absolutely. After you have created and saved a CVI draft, you will find a “More” button at the top right hand corner. Here you will see an option to click “Info & Attachments.” When the Info & Attachments page opens, you can select the Attachments tab and upload your document.
If you want the state veterinarians to have access to that attachment as well you can hit the “Actions” menu on the document you uploaded and turn on the “State Vet Access” toggle.
